The wide curved edge glides so smoothly over my calves after a long shift—instant relief for that deep muscle ache. I've noticed less tightness in my feet the next morning too.

After a long shift on my feet, this body gua sha tool is my go-to for deep muscle relief. The firm edge really works out the knots in my calves, and I feel instant tension release each time.

I’ve been using it on my shoulders after hunching over a desk all day and the pressure feels really targeted. Only small quibble is that the curved edge took me a few tries to get comfortable with, but now it works fine.
